The hotel was clean and tidy with all the expected amenities, but the rooms were not very spacious. The service was exceptional, attentive, and accommodating, with room service available. The location was very convenient for our one-night stay, close to great restaurants and easily accessible. The dining experience was good with excellent options, and the facilities were well-maintained.
The hotel provided a spacious room that allowed easy movement for wheelchair users, and the bathroom was fantastic. However, the drainage in the shower made the floor very wet, which could be challenging for disabled guests. The rooms were not soundproofed, and the desk/chair setup was not comfortable for work.
My stay at Ibis Thornleigh was delightful overall. The hotel's location was perfect for our needs in Western Sydney, close to the railway station and McDonald's. The room was clean and had a few Foxtel channels on the large TV. The service was excellent, especially during check-in and check-out. The dining experience was good, but I had to be early to avoid busy times. The hotel's facilities were satisfactory for a comfortable stay.
